THIRD AMENDMENT TO WINDSOR VILLAGE DEED RESTRICTIONS

Do you know your Block Leader?

 

Did your BLOCK LEADER give you a copy of the Proposed Third Amendment to Windsor Village's Deed Restrictions? 

Have you read the entire Proposal?  Do not accept what your neighbors have told you, you must read it in its entirety yourself.

Do you support or oppose the third amendment to Windsor Village Deed Restrictions?

Why?

What do you suggest?

What is the difference between a Civic Club and a Property Owners Association (P.O.A.)?

Is the $35 dues Mandatory right now?  Will the dues be mandatory if we approve the Third Amendment?  What if someone does not pay?

What is a LIEN?  

Are the $35 dues set or can they go up next year?  

"In addition to the annual assessment authorized above, the Board may levy, in any assessment year, a special assessment applicable to that year..."

So does that mean there can be other fees and dues that are mandatory?  And what is we don't pay those mandatory fees?

What if someone can't pay the dues?  Will they still have a LIEN against their house?

Can Civic Club  (or P.O.A.)  members come onto my property?

"The Architectural Committee has the authority, without being liable for trespass.."

What does it mean that the 'Civic Club" (P.O.A.) has the" authority to interpret and enforce the transition rules"?

What does this mean?  
 "The Architectural Committee has the authority to interpret and enforce the provisions concerning business restrictions."

Will you be at the next Civic Club meeting on August 11th?

The last meeting we had many home owners passionate about getting the Third Amendments approved and we had many home owners who were equally as passionate to make sure it does not pass.

Before you make your own opinion, please read the entire Third Amendment.  Do not let others convince you to sign or not sign.  Make your own decision based on the proposal and not what people tell you.
